A remote college guidance program that provides a team of support for low-income high school students working to navigate the application process. Rise Together is committed to the students who would otherwise not have access to equitable college, financial aid, scholarship and career guidance. 

The Pathways Program provides high school juniors and seniors with comprehensive college, financial aid and scholarship support. Our team consists of professional staff, undergraduate mentors, college counselors and career specialists so students learn from the very best.
